Meet scrappy. He is around a year old ‘ he is a small boy with a big heart who is full of fun . He is a happy little boy who loves to play . Live hasn’t been easy for him up to know but all that is going to change from now on . Scrappy is still very puppyish so a home with older children would suit him best.
