Mikey the Collie x
Very special home needed for Mikey – Mikey the collie is approx 6 years old. He has spent a lot of his life locked in a shed on a farm. He must have felt so lonely. He was terrified when he first came in. He is quite a happy boy now considering the life he has lead . However because of his past he does bring with him some issues. When he meets someone for the first time he falls to the ground trying to make himself disappear. But he really does want to get to know you and once he does he comes to life . He now enjoys his brushes from Elaine which was a huge no no at the beginning. He would love to be the only dog as he does cherish the company of those who he trusts. He can now sit and give the paw. He is clever and loves learning new things and discovering new places. He just needs a home to give him the space to understand and settle into his new life. And he will give absolute devotion to this person. An enclosed garden in a country area would be perfect. Mikey doesnt like cats. He would be quite happy in a cosy basket in the kitchen just to be near the human who shows him the most love. Huge thanks to Elaine who has helped to bring him this far.
