Mattie the Lurcher
Hi, my name is Mattie. I am six years old and I am looking for a family who is looking for a gentle, affectionate and very loyal best friend.
Mattie was found in a terrible condition after been hit by a car, the vet was concerned that he might not walk properly again and that he may be left brain damaged such were the extent of his injuries. It is amazing how fast he healed and how he has responded to genuine love. And now two months after the accident he is in perfect health and walks and runs like it never happened.
Apparently lurchers find it hard to find homes and in particular black lurchers. The reality is that they are gentle, affectionate creatures and lazy couch potatoes.
Mattie probably didn’t have much affection and tender loving care in his early life but in the last 2 months he has enjoyed a different kind of reality and repays all the kindness and affection he is shown. If you want to care for a grateful creature who will be the most loyal best friend then he is very interested in meeting you.
Mattie has gone to his forever home!
