Digger the Great Dane x
Say hello to Digger the Great Dane, Labrador X. Digger is approx 2 years old, full of the joys of life and always trotting around, tail wagging, enjoying life. But poor Digger has been in foster with DAWG for nearly 12 months now, something that we wish to change. Digger can get nervous when meeting new people especially men but he adores children and is great with them.
Do not letthis put you off Digger, for the last few weeks we have been working very hard with a a dog behaviourist and Digger is making huge strides. He has had a hard start in life and so is very fearful when out walking of everything especially other dogs. This leads to some misunderstood aggression but thanks to our behaviourist he is starting to turn a corner and will be the good dog he truly wants to be as he is the biggest softie in the home so quiet and very affectionate. He will put the biggest smile on your face with the welcome he gives you, even if you only left the room for 5 mins. I cannot say enough good things about Digger and really hope our Christmas wish comes true that Digger finds his long awaited forever home.
