Bonnie the Boxer x Pup
Bonnie is a beautiful 6 month old Boxer x GSD girl. Bonnie has had a very tough start in life as she and her sisters were born in a dump and survived with the mother for many months until DAWG stepped in and managed to rescue all of them. Naturally Bonnie and her sisters are very very shy and scared of all humans and of life itself. Bonnie is in foster a few weeks now and is very gradually coming out of her shell. Like all pups she loves to play and will play away with the other pup and dogs in her foster home. She prefers children’s company to adults and will cuddle up with the kids in the home. She sleeps through the night once she is in her safe place in bed with her hot water bottle. Bonnie has a while to go until she fully trusts people to care for her – loud noises and unpredictable behaviour unsettles her and she will run and hide. She loves her walks but cannot be trusted off her lead and harness as she is still very fearful and may bolt.
