Ben the Mixed Breed
Ben is a very special dog, looking for a very specific home. Ben it’s a gentle dog however he has a very nervous disposition. He is great with kids however loud noises startle him. He is also afraid of traffic so a house in a built up area is not going to be a good fit for him. Ben needs a home in the country that is firmly secure, where he can have the company of his owner and another dog that is confident and playful. There is a possibility that Ben is mixed with a very active breed and I have found that the best way to keep him relaxed is to take him on walks (off lead) where possible so that he burns off energy. I do this twice daily. Ben is a great dog that will be a great companion for someone who is active and at home a lot as his anxiety increases when he is left alone for long periods. Ben is house trained, trained on the lead but can get very jumpy when he hears load noises. So ideally, a home that is quiet, where someone is home a lot and that is very active would be what he needs. He will also need someone patient that will work with his nervousness.
