This is Pixie, an absolutely stunning petite brindle terrier x (most likely a cairn terrier x west highland terrier) girl of approximately 2 years old. Pixie came into the care of DAWG with a broken leg and in a generally neglected state. She has been resting since her operation and is now ready to find her forever home. She is one gorgeous girl – just look at those stunning ears and that expressive little face!

Pixie is just one small bundle of fur and fun. She is a real little character, always on the go and into everything. It’s even hard to capture her in a photo as in real life she’s just the cutest little dog ever! She is extremely affectionate, and loves everyone she meets. Pixie adores her belly rubs. She is a very feisty little dog with lots of attitude so can be excitable with other dogs, especially smaller ones, but once she gets to spend some time with them this shouldn’t be a problem. She also has a relatively non-shed coat and loves to be brushed.

Pixie loves to be around people and will happily snooze beside you once you are near. She does however show a bit of separation anxiety but this is improving steadily. She is almost house trained and sleeps through the night without a sound, with her other doggy friends.

This little dog has melted the hearts of everyone who has met her so far and will make an amazing little companion for some lucky person or family. She will be fully vaccinated and neutered before going to her forever home.
