Misty the Husky

Misty is a wonderful, mature Husky. She came to us in a very sad state – recently neutered, abandoned and full of mange. She’s back to full health now and would make a lovely family pet. She’s a strong dog though so will require a strong person to walk her. She is sweet and lovely and we have yet to hear her bark. She cries and cries with joy when she sees the lead, I don’t think she saw the outside world much for her first few years.

Misty has a medical condition called Vons Willebrand Disease. As Misty is in good health, this does not impact on her life right now. If Misty ever needs surgery in the future the vet will need to know in advance in order to provide the right care.

Please help Misty and let, at least, the second half of her life be a happier time.

Misty has gone to his forever home!
