BOOKED: Harley the Doberman
The lovely Harley is looking for a new home due to a change in owner circumstances. She is a 2 year old Doberman.
Harley didn’t have the best start in life, joining me at 5mths months old with little socialization. However, she has made incredible progress since then, completing two rounds of Rescue Dog socialization classes.
She enjoys her weekly daycare visits & although she is strong on the lead, she still has outings with a dog walker, proving she can thrive in the company of other dogs.
Harley would be just as happy as a spoiled lap dog, as she often tries to curl up in the smallest spaces on the couch or right on my lap – she is unaware of her size.
Harley was raised around my small kids & cats, though she would do best with dog-savvy ones, as she tends to chase unfamiliar cats who venture onto the property. She requires management around our mixed flock of poultry but has experience being around them. She also finds a lot of comfort in chewing so having enough toys/bones for her is a must. She also loves her Kong.
