George the Lurcher

Hi my name is George, I am about a year old and a lurcher .  If I could describe myself in one word I would say I am happy. Before I was fostered I was starving and nearly dead on the side of the road. I had not eaten in a long time and one of my legs did not work. Now things are usally pretty good as I am feed, had an operation on my leg and a pin put in and looked after. I am friendly and good with other dogs.

I eat what ever is given to me and I am not picky. I will eat all my dry food and what ever else is going. The only food I dont seem to be able to resist is butter if you leave it on the table, its yummy 🙂 I love to run around outside and I am really fast. A little bit of love, a walk and dinner and I will smile all day. You can actually see me smile! When I am inside I love to watch the fire being lit in amazement.

I would love my forever home and to be apart of a family or a companion for someone”.
