Cora the Corgi x

After a year in the most amazing foster home with Deirdre Byrne Cora is ready to find a special home – It’s been a year now since Cora, a 4 year old Corgi X, came into the care of DAWG. She was a frightened nervous girl who would freeze with fear if touched and who was afraid to even make eye contact. It has taken her a long time to come out of her shell but she is thriving in her foster home with her two foster brothers and she has started to enjoy life and all the fun it can bring.
Cora is looking for an extra special home. She will need another canine companion who will help her continue to gain confidence and who will show her the ropes in her new home. A child free home would suit Cora best as she can be quite nervous and wary of younger children.
Cora just wants to be loved and to be part of a family. She adores her walks especially the open space of a beach.
We know there is someone out there who is the perfect match for Cora – someone who has patience, time and a big heart – and is willing to take a chance on this loveable, funny and stubborn girl. She will reward you a hundred times over with her love and loyalty. As Cora is nervous her new owners must understand there will be a transition period where she will need to learn to trust you.
An extremely secure garden is a must for Cora.
