BUDDY

Buddy is over 1 year of age and is a terrier mix. He is a very friendly little fella and gets on well with other dogs and has no problem with cats. Poor Buddy is blind in one eye but our vet tells us he is in no pain and it doesnt seem to be causing him any problesm. Buddy is a lively boy and will need his walk every day. A homecheck will be necessary before rehoming.

JILL

Jill is a stunning year old pure bred siberian husky. She gets on well with other dogs and is vaccinated and neutered. Jill would suit an active family. As she is a big strong active dog we would not recommend her for smaller children. A secure garden is an absolute must for Jill and she must also be allowed indoors. This picture does her no justice. She also has the striking feature of two different colour eyes.

TANGO

Tango is very lively and bouncy and a very friendly little dog.
He absolutely loves his cuddles and will climb into your lap and stay there for ages being cuddled. He loves company, but is quite ok on his own, he is fine with other dogs. Would be best suited to an adult home only as he is a bit nervous of being overly handled.  Please contact Margaret at 0851251929

Blackie

Blackie has had a tough start in life and is a very shy girl. She can be quite skittish and will need a quiet home where she can build her confidence. She does love cuddles and is gaining more trust by the day. She gets on well with other dogs. Blackie will be vaccinated before rehoming, a homecheck will be necessary.

PIP and ROSSIE

Pip and Rossie as far as we can gather are mother and son. Pip is the white terrier and is approx 5 years old. Rossie is about 2 years of age. Both were seen being dumped on a beach along with rubbish!!!  It was a very cold evening but thankfully a kind passer by tipped us off. Both are good with other dogs and cats. They are a little shy until they know they can trust you.

Pip is good on the lead but Rossie is still quite nervous of the lead. It will take a little patience. Both are excellent dogs and we cannot say enough good things about them. Pip and Rossie are to be rehomed together preferable as they are very close. Contact Avril for more info 0877475581

DUSTY - BOOKED

Meet Dusty a 3 year old mail terrier. Dusty so called as the poor little fella was found in a dustbin!! He is in foster right now and Edel his foster Mum reports the following:

He is so friendly to everyone who comes in the door. He is quiet and calm but adores to sit by your feet and be petted. He gets on great with other dogs, is house trained and doesnt bark much. He doesnt need much excercise and loves to curl up by the fire. He will make a fantastic companion for anyone.

KEZZIE

Kezzie, a beauty, is a six month old German Shepherd found wandering with her sister Keva (below). Kezzie is not as sure of herself as her sister is. She spooks very easily at the moment and will need a patient owner to make her more confident. But her personlity is showing more every day. Her fosterer says 'She makes some mad gurgly screamy noises when I get home from work – as if she is singing in joy – bizarre but funny'. Kezzie is great on the lead but will need plenty of time, patience and tlc. She is very intelligent and will learn quickly. Kezzie is up to date on her vaccinations.

KEVA

Keva is a 6 mth old German Shepherd. She was found wandering with her sister Kezzie. She looks much bigger in this picture than he actually is but as you can see she is an absolute stunner. Keva is currently in foster and coming on in leaps and bounds. Keva is very good on the lead and off lead is very good on recall.  She will grow into a big dog so needs someone who will have the time to train her properly and give her plenty of exercise. She is full of confidence and responds well to instructions. She mixes well with other dogs. Keva is up to date on her vaccinations.

ELLA

Ella is a very pretty 3 year old staffie. Ella adores people and loves attention. She can get quite excitable and bouncy so would not suit younger children but children over 12 would be fine as she does love to play. Ella gets quite stressed when left alone so would need to be rehomed where someone is home a lot of the day. She is a pleasure on the lead and will wear a harness/muzzle without a problem.

Ella is neutered and vaccinated.

For more information on Ella, please contact Sam at 0669762936

BENJI

Benji is a 5 year old ShitZu/Terrier mix breed. He is an indoor dog that loves nothing more than lounging around the house.

Benji has mild arthritis that was diagnosed last year and takes a pain killer some days to help with the stiffness in his joints. He is a solitary dog and used to being an only dog.   Hence, Benji does not get on with other dogs and therefore it is a must that he is homed as an only pet.

Benji will need firm handling while walking as he gets distracted by other dogs and barks. Benji is a gorgeous looking dog who will do well in a home where he is the only dog and with someone who has time to work on his walks and let him know that he is not the head of the pack.

Benji is also neutered and micro chipped.
